GROUPWORK

A number of therapeutic groups and drop in groups are run throughout the year.

The groups take place in a safe and confidential environment. Experienced group counsellor facilitates it. It is up to each woman to decide how much she wishes to share and her level of involvement in the group activities.

In addition to the group activities, attending a group provides women with the opportunity of meeting with other women who have had similar experiences to their own. Learning that you are not alone can be a very positive and empowering experience for many women.

For more information or to put your name on the group program waiting list, please contact CASV on ph: (07)3808 3299.
